Christmas Program Special Parts Announced!!
We will be performing on December 12 during the morning service in the main building. Please start looking now for "WHITE" attire. All children will be asked to wear all white. I have already had problems finding white pants, so we are researching places that have them. I did find at Meijers last night (in the women's department) white scrub pants. So, if your child can fit into adult sizes, that may work for you. I will keep you posted on my search. If anyone runs across any white pants, let me know!! (Girls can wear white skirt/white hose if they want. It doesn't have to be pants. ) Wings and halos will be provided.
We will continue practices on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Please make EVERY effort to be there! We only have 5 more Sundays of practice!!
Congrats to all the kids! Again we are so proud of each and every one of you!
Keep listening to your cds!!

Lemonade for Lifes....THIS Sunday!!
The children will be setting up a lemonade stand immediately after church THIS Sunday to sell to the congregation. The purpose of our sale is to raise money for the Community Pregnancy Center and their annual “Walk for Life” fundraiser. This is one of our “Daddy Deeds” that we will be doing on a monthly basis. What is a “Daddy Deed?” A special act (deed) of kindness that will show the world how cool our “Daddy Jesus” is and how much we LOVE HIM! We are learning about the Crowns of Faithfulness and how important that our lives should always reflect Jesus. In May, we will do a new “Daddy Deed,” but this time, a child will decide what it is! If their deed is the winner, they will be rewarded with Zbucks and be “CROWN” supervisor for the month!
So, if you would like to participate in this Daddy Deed, please bring in the following items next week. It is broken up by classes. Only those who contribute to the event will get to participate.
Jamboree-cups and napkins
Kindergarten-1st grade…lemonade packets
2nd-3rd grades…2 dozen cookies
4th, 5th, 6th grades…2 dozen cookies
**If you have extra pitchers to bring in for lemonade, it would be greatly appreciated!
**Please put 2 cookies in a zip lock bag, so they can easily be distributed.
(You will have 12 bags total)
If you have any questions, please let us know.
Thanks,
Pastor Teresa and Ms.Tosha

WYW-Watch Your Words-Day 6 of our all church fast!
This week we will be learning about decrees. As a church, we will be making a decrees over 5 areas: yourself, family, church, state, and nation. Your child will be given a list of decrees under each area. Our memory verse is found in Proverbs 18:21. In military time, 18:21 is 6:21pm. As a church, at 6:21pm EVERY DAY, please make decrees over these five areas.
The Jamboree kids are also "fasting" in an age-appropriate way. At 6:21pm EVERY DAY, they made a promise to turn off the TV, put away all toys and games, and will talk and pray to Jesus for a while. I encourage you to play music, pray together, and maybe let them draw pictures for Jesus or about what they are learning. I know my kids really look forward each day to their special "extra" time with Jesus.
We are so excited about the coming weeks and what God is doing!
If you have any questions, please let us know!
